Construction is Finished!
We will be back tomorrow for minor loose ends. The Trailers will be gone tomorrow, and one lift will be picked up. The second lift will be picked up first thing Monday.
Th remaining materilas should be picked up tomorrow.

WE ARE GOING TO CHECK THE WEATHER AT 8 AND SEE WHEN THE RAIN IS GOING TO CLEAR AND MAKE A DECISION FOR THE REST OF THE DAY. WE MAY NEED TO HOLD OFF UNTIL FRIDAY TO FINISH BUILDING 14. We will update again shortley
***6/4 Update*****
One building to go!
Tomorrow we will be doing Building 14.
We have scheduled the pick up of the extra materials, porta pottys, and the Lifts.
We are hoping to be off site completely on Friday. All is weather permitting
A final email will be sent out in the next few days! Keep an eye out for it!
****6/2 Update****
Buildings 11 and 12 will be finishing up this afternoon.
Tomorrow 6/3 We will start 13 and 15.
That just leaves 14 for Thursday if the weather allows.
OUR CREWS WILL BE WALKING THE ENTIRE PROPERTY AND DOING A FINAL CLEAN UP IN THE NEXT COUPLE DAYS! All Materials will be mo ed and staged in one area for pick up also.

Buildings 9 and 10 will be finished shortly.
We will start building 11 and 12 tomorrow morning!
And we are planning on Buildings 13 and 15 on Wednesday, leaving Building 14 for Thursday or Friday depending on weather.
******** 5/28 Day 3 Update*******
Buildings 3 and 4 will be fully completed today.
We are also working on Buildings 5 and 6. Those 2 buildings will be very close to finish by tonight. If they dont finish tonight, they will be completed first thing in the morning while we start working on 7 and 8.
Building 7 and 8 will be posted today to start tomorrow morning. If needed, they will finish on Saturday.
Buildings 9 and 10 will Start on Monday!
******** 5/27 Day 2 Update*********
Buildings 3 and 4 will NOT Finish today. They will finish on Thursday Morning. We will block off the driveways and they will be safe when the cones are moved.
Immediately after Buildings 3 and 4 are done, we will start Buildings 5 and 6.

Building 1 and 2 will be done by the end of today. Buildings 3 and 4 will start around 7 am tomorrow. And the plan is to start buildings 5 and 6 on Thursday!

Buildings 1 and 2 Please park on the street as the driveways will be blocked during the construction of your building!!!!
ROOF PROJECT START DATE!!!!!!
We will be starting the roof replacement on 5/26. We will be posting door notices on the buildings we will be starting with on Wednesday Evening 5/20. Generally we will be giving 24 to 48 hour notice on the next buildings however with the holiday weekend we want to allow more time for the first buildings. The plan is to go in numerical order according to the map above.
Please remember to park outside on 181st the night before your building starts!!
