Siding work will resume on 5/27
With the forecasted rain for Thursday and Friday this week we will be holding off on any further work onsite until Monday 5/19. On Monday we will be replacing the metal that was removed around the windows.
Lead Abatement is completed

Lead abatement wrapped up today and all windows can be used!
A siding crew will be out on Thursday to start replacing the window wraps.

*** 5/7 Update*****
Currently the Sides of the buildings are completed and able to use their windows. The park side(North) of the building and the parking lot side of the building ( south). Areas marked in RED on the photo below are still being worked on. We expect the back of the building to be completed tomorrow. The entrance area and the front will continue to be worked on and should wrap up early next week.

The Lead Abatement is getting closer to completion. We had found that some of the windows needed extra treatment and scraping. That along with some rain last week has us behind a day or so. We will be finishing up early next week.
Tomorrow I will be out and Identify which windows are completed and safe to be used again. I will post that information early afternoon.
This is a slow process , and it is to ensure we accomplish the abatement accordingly.

The lead abatement team will not be onsite this afternoon or Tomorrow 4/25.
They will resume work on Saturday 4/26.
We are planning on wrapping up the week of May 5th
Updated Start of 4/15/25
Lead Abatement will be resuming the week of April 14th ,Weather permitting.
We will be working on the exterior window wraps at 1926, 1928 and 1930 Aldrich Ave.
We expect this to take 2 weeks to complete. We will have a Dumpster on site and lifts.
